can generate cash buyers that I can generate from the last 1000 properties sold in the cities you cover and these are the same buyer who is buying multiple properties I can cold call follow the script and ask him their buying criteria and then we can send them deals every time we have a deal in their city as we can put them on our VIP cash buyer leads. Also I have a list of cash buyers in every state with cash buyers in every city I, I can cold call this list too and generate cash buyers for your disposition team and disposition needs sir/ ma’am.
Also sir / ma’am I want to start with calling the Fsbo leads on Zillow for all the cities that you work in so that from there I can generate at least 5 - 10 listings . If you let me take Fsbo calls today by evening I can generate 2 - 3 listings sir.
Once I am done with the Fsbos my team will take cold calls on seller leads that are out of state owners , non-owner occupied , Tax delinquents , Liens , Mortgage , Vacant , Needing repairs ..... Also sometimes besides this the owner might have other motivation to sell the properties. These are deeply discounted properties with motivated sellers wanting to sell as is. So we will generate at least 100 - 120 leads or 100 - 120 properties with motivated sellers. Out of these 100 - 120 leads there will be at least 3 - 4 leads where we don’t have to sell ourselves or negotiate with the client as, they are already willing to sell 50% - repairs. Then there will be 3 - 5 or more leads that we did negotiate and got them under contract. Out of these 7 - 10 leads there will be at least 3 - 5 that we will close upon and you will get paid on them. Besides this there will be at least 3 - 5 leads where we have an addendum to whole selling so the seller gets 85% of the market value we sell at 100% market value and keep the rest of 15 % also there will be 5 pocket listings and 10 - 15 Listings . The rest of the leads either are not good enough or we will keep following up with them. So the idea is to make money on at least 20 - 30 leads from the total of 100 - 120 while the rest will be follow ups.
In the first 400 hours we will generate 100 - 120 leads and give the results that we guaranteed, in one month, if we fail to do that in the first month then we will work for another month for free and still get you at least 100 leads with the results we promised. I will make you at least USD 20000 in the first month or I will work for another month for free and still get you the USD 20000 I promised sir / ma’am.
We do everything from Start to finish sir. We will our self-download the lead from your Batch leads or prop stream account then we will get it skip traced from driving for dollars app and dial it using the batch dialer Then when a lead is generated I will call them and negotiate to get a price on the property .
